Ratna is a Senior Partner and part of the Management Committee of ABC Consultants Group.

Apart from being a part of the leadership team, Ratna heads a cluster of industry practices which include: Technology, Outsourcing & Offshoring, Consumer Durables & Building Materials, Metals, Minerals & Mining Services practices. She has an established reputation in the market as multi-domain consultant, with deep expertise in the Technology vertical. At ABC, she personally advises Global- MNC’s & Large Indian houses on CEO and CXO level strategic hires . She comes with a lot of value added knowledge and guidance in building organizations from scratch through the right hiring models . Prior to joining ABC, she has worked with TMI Network in their recruitment and media divisions. She also has strong exposure to corporate sales with Diners Cards at the onset of her career. Ratna has over 20 years of experience in recruitment ,and a flair for sales & marketing . She has been with ABC Consultants since November 2000.

She is a Sociology Honours graduate from Delhi University with an added B. Ed degree and National scholarship holder ranked 3rd in Delhi university.

Vivek heads the Telecom, Education, Retail, Real Estate and Logistics practices for ABC Consultants.

Vivek is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience. He has been instrumental in setting up and growing the Telecom, Education, Retail, Real Estate and Logistics practices. He has successfully partnered with market leaders across these industries. His expertise lies in executing senior level searches.

Vivek is a B.Com (Hons) graduate and has received his MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Institute from Integrated learning in Management.

Zefrin is a Partner with ABC Consultants and manages multiple Industry verticals with complete business responsibility. He Heads the firm’s Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical, Healthcare & Lifesciences practices; and also leads the Global sourcing specialist service that has been developed to address the needs of global businesses looking at employing Indian & Expatriate talent at leadership / senior levels outside India.

Zefrin has around 27 years of experience, of which over 20 has been with the Executive Search industry. He started his career with ABC in 2004 and has partnered companies across various sectors and geographies for their leadership hiring.
Prior to Executive Search, he has 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with firms like Godrej GE Appliances and Larsen & Toubro Limited.

He is a Production Engineer from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning

Deepika is people-driven, which enables her in strategically building powerful, trusted, long term business relationships. She is known for her network and transparent people approach. She is a good listener, with an innate ability to interpret any given situation. She is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University. She grew up in Nagpur and now lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children.

Amol Gangaramany heads the Aerospace & Defense, Automobile & Auto Components practices for ABC Consultants.

Amol has over 21 years of experience and has been with the firm for close to 18 years. He started his career in the Automotive Practice in ABC where he was responsible for Senior Management Hiring in Automotive OEMs and Component Manufacturers. Before joining ABC, Amol has worked with Kelly Services and People One
Consulting.

Amol is an Industrial Engineer from Nagpur University and has done his Masters in Business Administration from Goa Institute of Management.

Ritu is a Partner and leads the Technology and Outsourcing & Offshoring practices. She is associated with ABC Consultants since early 2012. She brings to the table a comprehensive experience of over 22 years in Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting with experience spanning Search Execution, Talent Mapping, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship.

Ritu is very well networked and passionate about search and selection with a strong focus on Information Technology (IT) organizations covering the entire spectrum of Software Services, Infrastructure Services, Captives, GICs, Products, e-Commerce, Consulting, and VC funded start-ups, etc. She has done extensive work with Analytics, Shared Services, BPO/ KPO firms as well.

Over the years, she has led and executed multiple critical and complex leadership hiring mandates across levels with distinct strengths in senior-level searches for Technology, Operations & Functional/Business roles.

Ritu holds an MBA (PGDBA) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science (Hospitality Management and Consumer Studies) from SNDT University. She secured a silver medal and was ranked 2nd in the SNDT university.

Murali heads the Power, Infrastructure, Electrical and Electronics practices for ABC Consultants.

He has over 25 years of industrial work experience including 12 years in recruitments. Prior to joining ABC Consultants, he has worked with leading multinational companies namely Praxair India and Global Gases Group across the country. He has experience in working with major clients across the practice with specific focus on Senior Level Recruitments.

Murali has a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Madras

Upasana is a executive search and leadership hiring professional with 25 years of experience across multiple sectors – Financial Services, Professional Services, Education, Digital, Technology, Offshoring, Airports and Infrastructure. Prior to ABC Consultants, Upasana was Partner and Practice Head at Amrop – a global Leadership Advisory and Executive Search firm. She also spent over 8 years at Deloitte Consulting in several strategic client facing and talent roles for the US entity in India as well as the India business.

Upasana’s body of work encompasses global expatriate searches, team build ups, domain- specific local and international appointments for C-suite roles, Board constructs and compensation studies. She has worked with a broad spectrum of conglomerates and MNC clients.

A post graduate from the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Upasana serves on the governing body of Reach Foundation- founded by Global Reach. She is also on the National Committee of Australian Alumni Association in India, is the Chair of AAA Mumbai and is an Advisor to Vishuddhi, a not for profit organisation.
