Deepika heads industry verticals like Consumer, Media and Entertainment and Development. She also manages the PE relationships for ABC and brings with her over two decades of work experience. After a successful stint at Wipro Limited, she started her journey with ABC in early 2006, managing client relationships and delivery across Media and E-commerce. Over the years she has worked with a broad spectrum of Conglomerates, MNC and Indian Clients, Foundations, NGOs, Government Bodies, PE and VC backed Start-ups in Consumer, Media & Entertainment, D2C, OTT etc. and helped them with successful appointments. Her body of work ranges from Leadership hiring to Team build-ups to domain driven appointments for C-suite roles and Talent projects.

Deepika is people-driven, which enables her in strategically building powerful, trusted, long term business relationships. She is known for her network and transparent people approach. She is a good listener, with an innate ability to interpret any given situation. She is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University. She grew up in Nagpur and now lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children.

Dora is a seasoned and experienced Talent and Organisational Consultant having worked in depth across functions and levels in multiple industries. To name a few, the fast moving consumer goods, fast moving consumer durables, Indian and international dairy industry, e commerce, personal care, SME, equity funded start ups and unicorns have all benefited from the wealth of her experience.

Dora has handled consulting roles for mid, senior management and CXO levels, wherein lie her core strength and expertise. Her functional expertise encompasses Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Information Technology, Human Resources, Digital Marketing etc.

Dora has consulted with global organisations on the organisation structure and set up of their talent base in India. She has successfully managed talent pipelines for global FMCG giants that have been built from scratch, merged or have had a change in the people strategy. Her 16 years of experience with the business have helped her to grow rapidly within the organisation to a leadership position. She has helped the organisation, through her efforts and team to be the preferred choice to the industry in areas of human resource consulting and recruitment.

With a Bachelor’s, and subsequently a Master’s degree in Sociology from Mumbai University, Dora is well armed for providing the best to the industry and the function that she represents. Her leadership skills have been honed with an additional Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Welingkar’s Institute of Management.

Shruti leads the Consumer & Media, Healthcare, Devices & Diagnostics Practice at ABC Consultants. She has close to two decades of executive search experience and has delivered on mandates across multi-national companies, Indian business houses & private equity investee companies.

She thrives on finding unique solutions to clients most difficult human capital challenges. Her key strengths are her ability to develop relationships and build strong partnership. She specialises in C-suite searches.

Shruti is a fitness enthusiast, who loves travelling and experimenting with cuisines. In her free time she loves reading and enjoys watching world cinema. She is also a nature and animal lover.

Akanksha is an accomplished executive search professional with over 17 years of experience in helping organizations find exceptional talent to drive their success and growth. She has led successful domestic and cross-border search assignments for both Indian and multinational organisations.

She partners with some of the leading companies in Consumer & Media and has built an enviable track record of appointing impactful leaders across different functions. Throughout her career, Akanksha has been a trusted advisor to numerous companies, assisting them in identifying and recruiting top-tier executives who align with their strategic goals.

Akanksha has been associated with ABC since early 2020. She is a Science Graduate and a Postgraduate in Human Resources. She practices spirituality & meditation, and she enjoys spending time with her two sons, and her bunnies, Salt & Pepper. She is an avid traveller and loves to explore new places.

Ruchi Mishra has 15+ years of executive search experience. She has worked in agency settings and with leading industry players which include global conglomerates, public listed companies and Indian executive search firms. She joined ABC Consultants in January, 2022.

She has successfully closed leadership roles across Consumer and Analytics space. She has strong interpersonal skills which enable her to build lasting relationships with her clients and candidates. She is a Certified Diversity Professional from DTUI and is passionate about diversity and inclusion best practices. She is a Certified Recruitment Analyst and Internal Auditor with excellent knowledge of the industry best practices and skilled in designing and executing recruitment strategies, implementing recruitment metrics and industry mapping.

She has a passion for supporting education for girl children and is associated with World Vision. When not working, Ruchi likes to spend time with her family, travel and read books.
