Amol Gangaramany heads the Aerospace & Defense, Automobile & Auto Components practices for ABC Consultants.

Amol has over 21 years of experience and has been with the firm for close to 18 years. He started his career in the Automotive Practice in ABC where he was responsible for Senior Management Hiring in Automotive OEMs and Component Manufacturers. Before joining ABC, Amol has worked with Kelly Services and People One
Consulting.

Amol is an Industrial Engineer from Nagpur University and has done his Masters in Business Administration from Goa Institute of Management.

Reeya has over 20 years of experience in the search and selection industry. She excels in C-suite hiring in the Automotive, Power & Electrical sectors. She has successfully built leaderships teams for EV start-ups, auto OEMs and tyre companies. In addition, she has expertise in recruiting specialized C-suite positions within the corporate & commercial sectors as well as highly technical roles specifically in the Electric Vehicles (EV) segment.

Based in Mumbai, Reeya currently leads a team of specialists that has spearheaded numerous CXO searches for both multinational corporations and leading Indian firms. The team has done some significant in Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales & After-sales Support functions.

Before joining ABC Consultants, Reeya held positions at esteemed companies such as CHR Global, 3P Consultants, and Executive Access. During her tenure, she successfully filled positions for Fortune 500 companies operating in diverse sectors, including Pharma, FMCG, Media, Engineering, and IT. She is a commerce graduate and has completed her PGDPM – HR – NMIMS.

Yamini has over 22 years of experience in the search and selection industry and drives the core technical domain of Automotive, Auto Component and Machine Tool sector. She has been a part of ABC for over a decade and executed critical and complex leadership roles for large Indian business houses as well as MNCs. She super-specialises in the customer interfacing group of functions across C-suite in Corporate Strategy, Plant Operations, R&D hiring which has seen the maximum churn in recent times.

Before joining ABC Consultants, Yamini has led the Talent Acquisition role for Calsoft specialising in Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Security and IOT. She was also associated with Ma Foi Randstad for the EMPI Vertical and has done extensive hirings for Start- ups to Green field MNCs in India.

Yamini holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management from INDSEARCH Institute, affiliated to Pune University.

Sujitha Marnad, based in Mumbai, leads ABC’s Chemical & Allied vertical nationally which is a part of Industrial Practice. Sujitha looks back on 12 years of executive and management search experience, with an intensifying focus on manufacturing business. She worked on key leadership mandates in this sector. Currently in the Industrial vertical she handles clients across Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Lubricants, Paints, Agri and Allied sectors managing a team of consultants.

She started her career with ABC Consultants in 2006, managing critical assignments and client relationship across Engineering, Process and Infrastructure space. Prior to joining Abc , she was with Adroit Consulting handling middle and senior assignments for manufacturing industry.

She earned a BE in Electrical and Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University and Post Graduate in HR Management from Alliance Business Academy, Bengaluru

Vaishali Mayekar-Sontakke is associated with Industrial practice. Vaishali has around 16 years of experience and has been associated with the Executive Search business for around 13 years. She has had extensive experience in handling leadership assignments across industries like Manufacturing and Engineering. She has also set-up the selection business for Gilbert Tweed Associates, which was her last assignment during her tenure with them. Prior to her association with the search industry, she was working with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial for a cancer project on the Cervical Cancer. Vaishali is a Commerce Graduate and is a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Wellingkar’s Institute of Management Studies.
