Ratna is a Senior Partner and part of the Management Committee of ABC Consultants Group.

Apart from being a part of the leadership team, Ratna heads a cluster of industry practices which include: Technology, Outsourcing & Offshoring, Consumer Durables & Building Materials, Metals, Minerals & Mining Services practices. She has an established reputation in the market as multi-domain consultant, with deep expertise in the Technology vertical. At ABC, she personally advises Global- MNC’s & Large Indian houses on CEO and CXO level strategic hires . She comes with a lot of value added knowledge and guidance in building organizations from scratch through the right hiring models . Prior to joining ABC, she has worked with TMI Network in their recruitment and media divisions. She also has strong exposure to corporate sales with Diners Cards at the onset of her career. Ratna has over 20 years of experience in recruitment ,and a flair for sales & marketing . She has been with ABC Consultants since November 2000.

She is a Sociology Honours graduate from Delhi University with an added B. Ed degree and National scholarship holder ranked 3rd in Delhi university.

Ritu is a Partner and leads the Technology and Outsourcing & Offshoring practices. She is associated with ABC Consultants since early 2012. She brings to the table a comprehensive experience of over 22 years in Executive Search and Recruitment Consulting with experience spanning Search Execution, Talent Mapping, Talent Acquisition, Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship.

Ritu is very well networked and passionate about search and selection with a strong focus on Information Technology (IT) organizations covering the entire spectrum of Software Services, Infrastructure Services, Captives, GICs, Products, e-Commerce, Consulting, and VC funded start-ups, etc. She has done extensive work with Analytics, Shared Services, BPO/ KPO firms as well.

Over the years, she has led and executed multiple critical and complex leadership hiring mandates across levels with distinct strengths in senior-level searches for Technology, Operations & Functional/Business roles.

Ritu holds an MBA (PGDBA) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science (Hospitality Management and Consumer Studies) from SNDT University. She secured a silver medal and was ranked 2nd in the SNDT university.

Khaz Mohaddeen is seasoned professional in the field of executive search and leadership advisory. With over 18 years of experience in the Technology and ecommerce sector, he has played a pivotal role in attracting top talent for clients since joining ABC Consultants in March 2013. As the leader of our pan India Technology Product and eCommerce recruiting team, Khaz has been instrumental in driving success and delivering exceptional results. He possesses a deep understanding of the Technology industry and has built a team of passionate search professionals with exceptional strengths in search and talent acquisition.

Under Khaz’s guidance, the team has successfully built core technology capabilities for a diverse range of industries, including Technology Products, Enterprises, Fintech, HealthTech, Mobile, SaaS, Semiconductor, Networking, and E-commerce.

Beyond work, Khaz finds joy in spending quality time with his family. He actively engages in social and professional network building and enjoys playing cricket. Khaz is deeply committed to supporting not-for-profit and social causes that contribute to a positive change in society.

An alumnus and rank holder from XLRI, Deepak Karunakaran encapsulates 18+ years of multi domain search experience, however, Technology remains his forte. He also carries expertise in talent mapping, market mapping, C&B surveys and MI Surveys. In his association with ABC since 2020, he manages the Captives and GIC’s businesses with an ensemble of highly proficient experts.

An avid traveller with a penchant for beaches and exotic locales, he makes it a point to take a break and travel at least once a year with his wife and daughter who also are travel enthusiasts and take a break along with him from their respective teaching and student duties at National Public School, Bengaluru.

Vinay is an accomplished executive search leader with an extensive background in the technology services and start-up industries. With over 18 years of experience, he has a proven track record of success in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent, building high-performing teams, and driving organisational growth.
Part of ABC Consultants since 2021, Vinay also leads a team of experienced and young executive search professionals and offers a unique blend of expertise and fresh perspectives. He is passionate about helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals, and brings a collaborative, proactive approach to each engagement.

Vinay lives with his wife and teenage son. In his free time, he enjoys reading autobiographies and keeping up with current affairs. Additionally, he is an avid sports fan and has a deep interest in the latest technology trends.

Pranay is a seasoned headhunter driving the Global Leadership hiring practice in the Technology sector, with a specific focus on the US and UK/EU regions. With an impressive tenure spanning over 10+ years, he has successfully fulfilled demanding leadership mandates for Technology companies across Software Services, Software Products, and Management Consulting roles.

Pranay joined ABC in 2021 and brought with him a wealth of knowledge after spending 8+ years as a Partner with a boutique international executive search agency. His educational background includes a B.Tech degree in Information Technology, complementing his early career as a software developer.

With his exceptional ability to connect with top-tier talent and identify the perfect fit for executive positions, Pranay has established himself as a trusted partner for technology companies seeking exceptional leaders. As a global headhunter, Pranay divides his time between India and the United States, fostering meaningful relationships, counselling clients on hiring strategies, structuring & negotiating offers while leading a highly capable and multi-domain search team.
