Deepika heads industry verticals like Consumer, Media and Entertainment and Development. She also manages the PE relationships for ABC and brings with her over two decades of work experience. After a successful stint at Wipro Limited, she started her journey with ABC in early 2006, managing client relationships and delivery across Media and E-commerce. Over the years she has worked with a broad spectrum of Conglomerates, MNC and Indian Clients, Foundations, NGOs, Government Bodies, PE and VC backed Start-ups in Consumer, Media & Entertainment, D2C, OTT etc. and helped them with successful appointments. Her body of work ranges from Leadership hiring to Team build-ups to domain driven appointments for C-suite roles and Talent projects.

Deepika is people-driven, which enables her in strategically building powerful, trusted, long term business relationships. She is known for her network and transparent people approach. She is a good listener, with an innate ability to interpret any given situation. She is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University. She grew up in Nagpur and now lives in Mumbai with her husband and two children.

Shruti has been associated with ABC since 2007 and leads the Media and Entertainment Vertical.

She is an accomplished executive search professional with over 16 years of experience in helping organizations find exceptional talent to drive their success and growth. Shruti has delivered on leadership roles across functions in Multi-National and Indian Traditional and Digital Media Companies. Her key strength lies in Talent Mapping. Shruti is known for her network in Media.

She is an avid Content Consumer and a positive thinker with keen interest in Occult, Healing, Meditation. She loves spending time with family and friends.

Sujitha Marnad, based in Mumbai, leads ABC’s Chemical & Allied vertical nationally which is a part of Industrial Practice. Sujitha looks back on 12 years of executive and management search experience, with an intensifying focus on manufacturing business. She worked on key leadership mandates in this sector. Currently in the Industrial vertical she handles clients across Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Lubricants, Paints, Agri and Allied sectors managing a team of consultants.

She started her career with ABC Consultants in 2006, managing critical assignments and client relationship across Engineering, Process and Infrastructure space. Prior to joining Abc , she was with Adroit Consulting handling middle and senior assignments for manufacturing industry.

She earned a BE in Electrical and Electronics from Visvesvaraya Technological University and Post Graduate in HR Management from Alliance Business Academy, Bengaluru

Vaishali Mayekar-Sontakke is associated with Industrial practice. Vaishali has around 16 years of experience and has been associated with the Executive Search business for around 13 years. She has had extensive experience in handling leadership assignments across industries like Manufacturing and Engineering. She has also set-up the selection business for Gilbert Tweed Associates, which was her last assignment during her tenure with them. Prior to her association with the search industry, she was working with the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) / WHO / Tata Memorial for a cancer project on the Cervical Cancer. Vaishali is a Commerce Graduate and is a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Wellingkar’s Institute of Management Studies.
